What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 10 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.

Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective item, incorrect item, damaged in transit.

If we are not contacted within this 10 business days time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
